bowling ball vs. beach ball

It is amazing the different comments I get from people. Today alone I had my share.
"You are an attractive pregnant woman." Thank you... but seriously??? (That was a nice comment! Just hard to believe when it is you!)
"You don't look pregnant from behind." I will accept that as a compliment too.
"Wow, there is two in there?" No, I've been lying!
"Not quite a bowling ball or basketball... more like a beach ball." Gee Thanks!
Some think I am small for twins and others just give me that - WOW! you have grown look.
My feelings on the subject... as long as the girls are healthy and growing... that is all that matters. My ultra sounds have all shown growth. My next measurement of the girls is Feb 4th. I can't wait to see how much they have grown.

I went to the doctor today... a few days early. So in 10 days I gained three weeks of growth. Measuring at 36 weeks--- I asked how big I got with Christopher and I measured 37 weeks two days before he was born.
It was a very boring appointment. Baby A had the faster heartbeat today-- however she is very low and it took the doctor a little time to find it. As usual, Baby B was moving quite a bit.
Ground Hog's day is my next appointment.

And Growing...
The girls pretty much doubled in size this past month. Baby A is 2.5 and Baby B is 2.6 pounds. I am close to carrying 5 pounds of baby already.
My fundal height is measuring at 34 weeks. (Keep in mind, that is a measurement for if I had a singleton.) I am currently 28 weeks.
They did not put on a very good show today. They are now both breech and looking at each other. We did not get any "good" face shots this time. Baby B as usual was active and gave the doctor a hard time-- but not the technician.
We now go every two weeks for obgyn appointments and we still go every four weeks for fetal monitoring.

Sisters
Today was the first day the Christopher came up to my belly and said, "babies."
Poor guy doesn't know what is going to hit our house. What am I talking about, I don't know know what is going to hit our house. One day at a time will be our family motto.
